Sample Wording for Your Will

Specific/Direct Gift:
“I, give, devise and bequeath to Cyrus Centre Ministries, the sum of $________ for its general purposes.”

Residual Gift:
“I, give, devise and bequeath to Cyrus Centre Ministries, _______% of the residue of my estate for its general purposes.”

Contingent Gift:
“Should my spouse (full name), and/or child (full names) predecease me, I direct my trustee to provide the residue of my estate to Cyrus Centre Ministries for its general purposes.”
